Tax Exempt

We cannot refund taxes once your order has been shipped. Please follow the steps below to register as tax-exempt. Due to a recent update in our systems, every customer needs to submit their information even if it has been done previously. If you have registered after 9/8/2023 our system will have your certificate on file.

Before ordering, please send your signed tax-exempt certificate with the seller listed as "Safco Dental" to customer service at Contact@quantumlabs.com. We will attach it to your account. Include your phone number, address and organization name in the email so we can look you up. If you do not have an account, we will set-up an account for you. Please send us the account information you will use when checking out online. Allow 1 business day before placing the order online. If you need assistance right away, please call customer service at 1-800-328-8213.

If you would like to place your order online today, please check the tax-exempt box in the checkout and send us your certificate with the seller listed as "Safco Dental" via email to contact@quantumlabs.com. We will hold your order until the tax-exempt information is received.
