We cannot refund taxes once your order has been shipped.
Before ordering, please send your tax-exempt certificate to customer service at Contact@quantumlabs.com. We will attach it to your account. Include your phone number, address and organization name. If you do not have an account we will set up an account for you as well. Please send us the account information you will use when checking out online. Allow 1 business day before placing the order online. If you need assistance right away, please call customer service at 1-800-328-8213.
If you would like to place your order online today, please note in the MEMO field tax-exempt and send us your certificate via email to email@example.com. We will hold your order until the tax-exempt information is received.
We will keep this information on file for all future orders and the taxes will calculate automatically online on future orders.
