How will my order be shipped?

Orders within the 48 contiguous states are shipped via UPS Ground from Buffalo Grove, IL. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders within the 48 contiguous states arrive within 5 business days.
Alaska and Hawaii orders via UPS arrive in approximately 5-7 business days.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please call for a quote.

How much will I be charged for shipping & handling?

We provide totally free shipping on orders over $250 to the 48 continental states -- no shipping charges, no handling fees, no fuel surcharges. Order must be $250 or more after discounts and before tax. The following exceptions apply:

  • Orders under $250.00 have a $14.95 flat-rate shipping fee.
  • Next Day Air and other premium shipping services are available at an extra cost.
  • Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are calculated by weight

Returns and Exchanges

30-Day Return or Exchange Policy. If you need to return an item, please call Customer Service at 1-800-328-8213. We will arrange to pick up the returned product and issue a prompt refund. 

Happiness Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with a product, just call us within 30 days of shipment. Quantum will issue a full credit or refund, even if the product has been opened or used. For customers located in the continental U.S., Quantum will send a pre-paid UPS shipping label to return any unused items at our expense. Just box up the product with a copy of the invoice, affix the label, and give the package to UPS at your convenience.

Customers outside of the continental U.S. are responsible for all shipping expenses as part of their product returns (except for errors made by Quantum).
